2010 The Company changed it's name from 17th March to S&T Consulting Hungary System Integration & Technology Transfer Limited Liability Company, (short name: S&T Consulting Hungary Ltd.) based on official company registration dated 8 Apr., 2010.
S&T qualified as NetApp "Platinum Partner of the Year".

2009 Cisco's first qualified UCS ATP partnere in Hungary also Enterprise Partner of the Year and Technology Excellence Partner of the Year is the S&T Consulting Hungary Ltd. The S&T became VMware Project of the Year and also NetApp "Platinum Partner 2009.

2008 S&T AG forms the S&T Hungary Kft. and the Unitis Rendszerház Zrt. to a common organizational unit. The new name of the merged company is S&T Unitis Hungary Kft.

2007 S&T Hungary won the „Cisco Technology Excellence Partner of the Year” in las Vegas , which confirms, we are one of the best CISCO partner world wide. Unitis Rendszerház gained the highest „Gold Partner” level in SAP's PartnerEdge program.
 
2006 S&T Hungary won „Security Partner of the Year” from Cisco Systems.
S&T AG took over leading SAP partner, Unitis Rendszerház Rt.

2005 S&T Hungary started the division of ERP Solutions and became professional provider of SSA (Infor).

December 2004 S&T partner qualification was raised up to Cisco Gold partner level. S&T also gained “Services Partner of the Year 2004” from Cisco Systems.
S&T Hungary became the distributor of the Sarian products.
We also won Central- and Eastern Europe ’s best Check Point solution supplier’s award.

April 2003 acquisition of FUJITSU Service subsidiaries in 6 countries, including Hungary. More competence of Check Point products. Gained the qualification of Check Point Certified Support Partner.

2002 Unitis becomes Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for e-Commerce Solutions.

2001 merge of S&T Hungary Kft., InNet Kft. and Hermes Plus Hungary Ltd. and functioning as S&T Hungary Ltd.
Unitis becomes SAP Alliance and Services Partner and ISO 9001:2000 certification of Unitis.

November 2000 acquisition of InNet Communication Network Designer and Building Contractor Ltd.

1999 establishment of S&T Hungary Ltd. as a 100% of subsidiary company of S&T AG and the start of Unitis Inc. with the merge of three predecessor Creative, Apollo and Dialogic Ltd.) companies.

1998 Rank #2 SAP Conculting firm in Hungary

1995 Founding Innet Ltd.: Cisco partner 

1994 Founding Apollo Computer Ltd., HP VAR partner. Best selling HP VAR prize.

1992 Launching CAD/CAM division, Partnership with PTC.

1990 Founding Creative Engineering Ltd., Silicon Graphics partnership.
